Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the ERP Logistics Sr. Manager, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working on Infor LN and ecosystem integrations, supporting logistics and manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless interface applications for Order-to-Cash workflows. You will collaborate with a regional, multitasking team and contribute to sustaining and implementing solutions across multiple platforms.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and support ERP implementations (including WMS) for logistics and manufacturing processes.

• Manage and configure Infor LN and related ecosystem applications.

• Develop and maintain interface applications for Order-to-Cash processes.

• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth system integration and functionality.

• Provide sustaining support for implemented solutions and troubleshoot issues.

• Generate reports and perform intermediate-level queries using Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft tools.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Travel as needed to support regional implementations and team collaboration.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Proven experience with Infor LN is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and logistics/manufacturing processes.

• Experience with ecosystem integrations and interface applications.

• Intermediate skills in Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a regional, multitasking environment.

• Availability to travel.
