Business Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide end-to-end support and development for various applications (including code building, SQL scripting, and creating stored procedures to facilitate data extraction and analysis), as well as conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis to address and resolve issues, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and collaborate with IT Business Analysts to interpret and implement complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and experience of ETL and any programming platform (such as C#, Java, PHP, Power Shell scripting)
• Hands-on experience in SQL Server (scripting, stored procedures, reports)
• Experience with Agile Methodology in Project management, ITIL and IT Service Management

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science and/or IT | Fresh Graduate Bachelor's Degree holders who have relevant skills/internship experience are also welcome to apply
• Experience: At least three years of relevant experience
• Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home (3 days a week on site, 2 days a week work from home)
• Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
