Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? At Travel + Leisure Co., we’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives that shape the future of our systems and operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements that drive high-impact solutions. You’ll manage medium-complexity projects with autonomy, contributing to both process improvement and strategic outcomes. What You’ll Do:

• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams

• Elicit and document business requirements using various methods (interviews, process flows, use cases, etc.)

• Support the entire system lifecycle, from concept to implementation

• Help manage change and ensure all teams are aligned with solution goals

• Contribute to process redesign and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or a relevant Bachelor’s degree

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart)

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to manage work independently and influence outcomes across teams
