Job Description:

• Collaborate with New Products stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
• Analyze and identify solutions to optimize operations and systems enhancements
• Work with the SAs and Developers to design, configure and implement systems that meet business requirements
• Support the testing process to ensure system design meets business needs.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment between business and IT goals.

• Strong knowledge in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge in Agile / Kanban Methodologies

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• 2-3 years experience in business analysis, systems analysis or related field
• Experience in the Insurance Industry a plus
• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably computer science or related IT courses

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Performs requirements analysis of the product specifications provided by the Business and translates it into a Business Requirements that will be used by the Dev Team as basis for the solution.
• Coordinates with the Business and ensures that all stakeholders are aligned regarding the requirements and timeline of the initiatives
• Supports testing from ST, SIT and UAT.
• Documents requirements, change requests, approvals, agreements/alignments, and all communications relevant to the initiatives.
• Monitors the status and day to day operations of ongoing initiatives that are assigned
