About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks, and sprints.
It would be great if you
- If you also have experience in XML, XSLT, SQL
What will you be doing in this role:
- Create process documentation, system workflows, and business requirement documents
- Provide first-line technical support for software application and configure system according to business requirements
- assist users with business-critical applications, ensuring any technical issues are quickly addressed and resolved
- Provide support for process improvements and system upgrades
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams
