The “Business System Analyst” will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the IT Operations Manager.

In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.
  • Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
  • Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
  • Build out communications templates.
  • Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
  • Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
  • Educate and provide ongoing support whether it by email, phone, live chat or in-person.
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
  • Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
  • Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Database knowledge. (is a Plus)
  • Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Previous experience in similar positions.
  • SQL,
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting
