You will work alongside senior analysts, developers, vendors, and third-party support teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications, and develop solutions in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify pain points, recommend and drive improvements for your responsible applications, and raise larger opportunities to leaders.
  • Provide hands-on technical and operational support for internal line-of-business applications, including configuration, permission and access issues, and issue triage, resolving most issues independently to minimize business disruption.
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, working with business stakeholders to identify root causes.
  • Plan and run testing and validation for system enhancements and upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Support SOX compliance activities, including gathering audit evidence and completing control activities on schedule.
  • Build relationships with business partners, provide clear recommendations, and influence decisions on process and system changes.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or system administrator or in a similar role supporting internal line-of-business applications.
  • Experience documenting business requirements across a variety of business functions including HR, Operations, and Finance.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC practices and familiarity with IT process standards (e.g., ITIL, SOX).
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well and build trust with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage your own workload, follow through on commitments, and work independently through some ambiguity.
