Willow Valley Communities is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. We are especially interested in candidates with payroll and benefits experience and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM/UKG systems.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Business Systems team to support critical business applications used across the organization while helping drive system improvements, reporting, automation, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. What You'll Do
  • Serve as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary Business Systems team within the IT Department.
  • Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale platforms.
  • Collaborate with departments throughout the organization on system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, system documentation, training guides, and user resources.
  • Develop custom reports and analytics using tools such as Power BI.
  • Evaluate business processes for efficiency and implement automation opportunities where appropriate.
  • Participate in enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and system validation activities.
  • Participate in the IT On-Duty evening and weekend emergency on-call rotation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
  • Experience supporting and/or implementing enterprise level systems such as ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other project management applications.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology.
  • Experience working with SQL and custom report creation.
  • Experience writing user guides, project documents, and test plans.
  • Experience performing UAT and regression testing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Exhibit strong collaborative and team-focused skills and attitude.
  • Be able to see the big picture as well as the smallest details.
