Provides nursing care to independent-living residents, including urgent response, clinical assessments, treatments, diagnostic testing, medication administration, immunizations, wound care, care planning, health education, and communication with families and healthcare providers. Also supports team-member health services such as TB testing, immunizations, and injury assessments.

Join a CNA training program with classroom instruction, orientation, and nursing-unit training. Candidates must maintain perfect attendance, work at least 24 hours weekly in a full-time or part-time role, and provide dependable resident care. After completing training, participants work toward the state certification exam and transition to Certified Nursing Assistant status. English comprehension and strong customer service skills are required.

Supports enterprise business systems including ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale platforms. Responsibilities include system enhancements, implementations, documentation, reporting with Power BI, process automation, UAT and regression testing, and cross-functional technology projects. The role requires collaboration with business departments, technical support, SQL-based reporting, and participation in an evening and weekend emergency on-call rotation.

Develops and leads person-centered programs that support residents’ creativity, wellness, social, emotional, spiritual, and recreational well-being. Coordinates schedules, supervises recreational assistants and volunteers, conducts resident assessments, maintains attendance and supply records, designs event calendars, and creates specialized dementia programs. The role also provides leadership, coaching, documentation, and direct support for residents, including those at risk of isolation.

Plans and leads recreational, exercise, enrichment, entertainment, and social programs for older adults. Coordinates outings and special events, supports resident inclusion, completes assessments, tracks attendance, evaluates engagement, supervises volunteers, prepares programming plans, manages supplies and equipment, and collaborates with other departments. The role requires presenting to groups, multitasking, creativity, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with older adults.

Provides medical nutrition therapy to residents in a supportive living community. Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessment and care, compliant medical record documentation, long-term care nutrition management, weight and chronic disease management, tube feeding, dementia care, pressure injury prevention, HACCP and food safety compliance, and support for culinary operations. This part-time, on-site role requires less than 24 hours weekly, with Wednesdays required and no weekends or holidays.
