Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience
- Experience working in banking or financial services organizations
- Hands-on experience supporting the QRM Quantitative Risk Management platform
- Strong understanding of risk management processes and controls
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with business process analysis
- Experience documenting functional requirements
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Previous experience at major Canadian banks
- Exposure to credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, enterprise risk, regulatory reporting, or treasury risk management
