Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of wealth management and capital markets operations
- Experience supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income products, Principal Protected Notes, and Structured Notes
- Understanding of trade order management, execution workflows, settlement, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of multi-leg options, long and short positions, buying power calculations, and margin requirements
- Experience with business requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops
- Experience conducting gap analysis and supporting user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
