What We're Looking For:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: –

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. – Exhibits expertise in identifying, evaluate designing and developing systems and procedures that

are cost effective and meet user requirements. – Develops integrations, converts data, and Configures system settings and options; plans and

executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet

business requirements. – Leads in providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems. – Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. – Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and

outsourcing functions. – Collaborates with team to include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced

Degree preferred.

Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 5-8 years of experience

Key Skills and Competencies:  Excellent communication skills

 Experience with end user issues

 Demonstrated technical experience

 Demonstrated experience working independently and

collaboratively on projects

 Demonstrated experience trouble shooting

 Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications

 Experience developing new systems and tools

 Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date

systems procedures

 Advanced analytical skills

 Demonstrated Project Management skills

 Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high

growth, rapidly changing environment
