Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBSRole Overview

Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
  • Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
  • Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
  • Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
  • Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
  • Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
  • Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
  • Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
  • Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
  • Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus
Functional Expertise
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Tools & Systems
  • JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
  • Confluence (requirements and documentation)
  • Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus (plus)
Core Competencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and collaborative mindset
Additional Information
  • Occasional travel required
  • Interest in cycling or outdoor sports is a plus
