- Communicate effectively through presentations, meeting notes, emails, and follow‑ups to maintain stakeholder alignment
- Support cross‑team coordination by identifying dependencies, surfacing constraints, and sharing recommendations with stakeholders
- Review and validate delivered features to ensure alignment with documented requirements and business intent, supporting UAT readiness
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning sessions to ensure alignment between business priorities and development capacity
- Perform data analysis using SQL, BI tools, or similar platforms to validate requirements and assess solution impact
- Provide input and recommendations on complex business and system challenges to support product and platform decisions
- Identify and evaluate recurring gaps or inefficiencies in requirements, delivery processes, and system usage, and recommend improvements
- Support and reinforce best practices for requirements documentation, Agile execution, and system design
- Participate in or contribute to prototyping and proof‑of‑concept efforts to validate workflows and solution approaches
- Mentor and guide junior analysts by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and supporting skill development
- Support planning and roadmap discussions by contributing analysis, assessing feasibility, and aligning priorities with program objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related or technical field
