Wayne Sanderson Farms in Oakwood, GA seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to design and configure software programs utilizing knowledge of software programs and business strategies and processes to help the company maximize productivity and communication through business systems. This role leads discussions with management to determine process needs; designs for configuring and developing software based on those needs; and develops and delivers end user training.
Position req. a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology; 24 months’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar field. Experience with the following: Specializing in implementation of one of the following ERP systems: Peoplesoft or M3 ERP or Oracle or SAP; Working technical knowledge of SQL programming language, current software, protocols, and standards; Developing select statements and joining multiple tables on a rationalized database within using SQL Server Management Studio; Executing and documenting business and system processes for Analysis (As Is), Design (To Be); Test developing software solutions, plan, lead, and conduct Unit Testing; Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing, prepare, plan, and execute End User Training for internal business users within a manufacturing company; Documenting current and future business and system processes using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel; Experience with Computerway Food Systems.
