As the Business Systems Analyst II you will manage all digital products for the Abilene office including NSN Connect, NSN Portal and APPs which support over 6000 customers. These products are critical to the business. The position will also support all other digital products to support business like Salesforce, SAP and Five 9.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze business processes, designs and applies system functionality to create the most efficient business processes.
  • Conducts research and creates documentation on new functionality, validates concepts and provides knowledge transfer to create a savvy user group and effective solutions.
  • Responsible for applying best practices, planning and coordinating testing, conducting data and process analysis, implementing data avoidance, removal or archiving where possible to maintain system and data integrity.
  • Provide support to users through troubleshooting issues, proposing process enhancements, conducting data queries and updates, and providing training to maintain efficient business process flow.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical specifications by obtaining a thorough understanding of business and system processes.
  • Applies knowledge to provide software or technology solutions.
  • Works independently and completes assignments that are reviewed at milestones to ensure compliance with processes, standards and policies of the organization.
  • Participates in projects and may be a technical or project lead in some aspects of a project.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related field and more than four (4) years related experience or in lieu of degree eight (8) plus years of related experience.

  • Experience with business systems (i.e. ERPs, CRMs) and experience with business process improvement techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.

  • Desire to be challenged and continually learn new skills 

  • Ability to organize work, establish priorities and follow through energetically

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical users to successfully complete work assignments

Work Environment:

  • Office environment, with occasional trips to the plant 

  • Regular, continuous use of a personal computer

  • Typical work days of up to 9 hours, with rapidly changing workloads, priorities, and deadlines which may require an extended work schedule

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $79,000 - $98,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
