Why You’ll Love This Role

Cribl is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead the administration of our ERP, NetSuite, and support our Finance systems broadly as part of the Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you’ll fully own NetSuite and its critical integrations, champion automation, and partner across Finance, People, IT and other business teams to ensure Cribl’s rapid growth is backed by secure, seamless, and future-proofed Finance technologies. You’ll be the architect, problem solver, and agent for transformational change, helping to unlock new levels of efficiency, data integrity, and innovation every day.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Be our primary NetSuite administrator and Finance systems pro, translating complex business needs into practical, robust solutions that scale.
  • Own, administer, and continually enhance all aspects of NetSuite, including configuration, integrations, security, and reporting.
  • Lead and deliver projects that automate finance workflows, drive data integrity, and uplevel internal controls.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Revenue Operations, People, IT and others on key IT transformation initiatives, building trust through candor and excellence.
  • Translate business requirements into elegant, usable, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to document current and future states, deliver training, and evangelize security and compliance best practices.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • You bring curiosity, grit, and 5+ years wrangling SaaS finance systems at scale.
  • 5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration, including implementing SuiteBilling, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), and cross-system integrations (think Workday, Avalara, Salesforce, iPaaS).
  • Proven experience driving process discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation. Your business partners trust your insights.
  • Meticulous, systematic, and insatiably curious: you never stop questioning, learning, and improving.
  • A candid communicator, able to simplify complexity and guide both technical and functional audiences.
  • BONUS:
    • SuiteCloud Developer or NetSuite Administrator certifications (strongly preferred).
    • Experience leading finance system implementations, upgrades, or integrations, especially for multinational SaaS companies.
    • Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration APIs.
    • Familiarity with additional Finance and business technologies (Workday, Stripe, Klarity, Salesforce, Navan, ZipHQ, etc.) and compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC).
    • Experience scaling business systems in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment.

Salary Range ($105,000 - $164,000)
