Main Purpose of the Role:
The purpose is to apply subject matter expertise of finance function in SAP FICO and connected business processes, role-mapping & managing the core systems authorizations and to assist the Business in day-to-day operation. The position should provide guidance and control system operations for SAP and related applications in order to support business operation through the provision of optimum services and to support business growth.
Main Tasks:
- Serves as liaison between Finance of agencies and Head office for the support, business analysis and implementation of finance connected application
- Understand localization/regulatory requirements of the regional countries for Finance in shipping industry.
- Directly coordinates information integration between different systems within Finance modules.
- Manage IT projects in the region for Finance.
- Participate in new rollouts, fit-in and gap-analysis
- Ensure System authorizations, access and role mapping for employees around the region is done on time and well in place by bridging between users and HQ-IT_AUTH team
- Ensure smooth and systematic onboarding of employees in terms of various systems accesses with focussed communication.
- Support User activities in SAP and Finance applications
- Control and Manage the Authorization role
- Advise / Guide user in application appropriated authorization
- Assist in IT budget review and Control Processes
• Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines
• 3-5 years Strong experience business analysis on system applications on Finance Function
• Agile Ability to execute Systems Authorizations and Role Mapping Process
• Super user Knowledge in SAP ERP – FICO
• Additional Super user Knowledge in SAP/MM, and SD is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business leaders on business requirements.
• Documentation and Process diagram / Project Management Skills is added advantage
• Strong business analytical skills and creativity in solutions design.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of strong business analysis experience with finance-function system applications
- Ability to execute systems authorization and role-mapping processes
- Super-user knowledge of SAP ERP FICO
- Super-user knowledge of SAP MM and SD
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business leaders regarding requirements
- Documentation, process diagram, and project management skills
- Strong business analytical skills and creativity in solution design
- Solution-driven, collaborative, willing to learn, positive, and analytical approach
