Business Systems Analyst (Clarity PPM, Jaspersoft reports ,Tableau and PowerBI based dashboards) with 3 to 5 years of experience

Clarity PPM (by Broadcom) plays a key role in Sandisk’s entire Engineering and IT functions. business planning and decision making. Clarity serves as a system of record in terms of Programs and Projects portfolio management, Resource planning and tracking, OpEx and CapEx detailed Planning and tracking, etc.

In this position, you will assume an overall responsibility and accountability for Clarity platform, including but not only to on-going routines, new features, capabilities and enhancements design, development, test and rollout, New UX rollout, Integration and interfaces with other systems, requirement gathering, develop and maintain documentation and communication, etc. 

Be responsible for Clarity analytics that includes new and existing Jaspersoft reports along with Tableau and PowerBI based dashboards.

Manage system updates, testing, and related activities including the creation and execution of test scripts, coordination of UAT testing, communications, etc.

Lead systems training globally across a wide-ranging end-user community including PMO, Functional Planner, Power Users/Clarity Champions, Project Managers, and Time Entry users, educating all on the capabilities the platform offers as it relates to their expansive and expanding project portfolios

Utilize your superior troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills to provide in-depth functional and user support to Sandisk’s Clarity community at an enterprise level

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology related.
• At least 3 years of experience in functional modules (like Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Timesheet Management, Financial Management, Demand Management and Jaspersoft reports) of Clarity.
• Configure Clarity PPM and translating requirements into design and workable solution
• Good understanding of Clarity Administration like Time Period Setup, Resource Setup, Project Financials, Security and Permissions Management, Jobs setup and scheduling Processes, Jaspersoft Report scheduling, Financial setup, new UX
• Good understanding of the Clarity PPM Data Architecture
• Extensive experience in SQL and XOG
• knowledge and Experience with the new Clarity UX functionalities, capabilities and configuration.
• Strong understanding of database concepts (Oracle, generic SQL, relational modeling/DB design)
• Knowledge and experience with a BI analytics tool such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Knowledge in GEL Script, REST API, Process automation and Integrations a benefit
• Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to environment, performance etc.
• Interact with other IT departments to resolve issues related to integrations, Database issues, Security, etc.
• Professional experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground up and scaling at an enterprise level
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines, work efficiently and productively, communicate, both verbally and written
• Advantage: PMP Certificate or other previous PMO knowledge and experience in focus on program and financials planning and tracking (OPEX/CAPEX) etc.
