Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Business Systems Analyst (Atlassian administrator), located in, Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager the Business Systems Analyst (Atlassian administrator) role, will involve be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

• Set up and manage Jira projects, including workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission levels, and notification schemes. 
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, page templates, and access controls. 
• Configure Bitbucket repositories, branches, and user permissions. 
• Implement and manage third-party Atlassian marketplace add-ons to enhance functionality. 
• Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
• Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
• Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced english
• In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• SQL experience (preferred)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Experience with Troubleshooting 
• Experience participating with Global IT projects.
