Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Systems Analyst to bridge between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will focus on supporting initiatives that drives operational efficiencies and design scalable, automated workflows. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and system integrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the department’s boundary systems, including the design and implementation of solutions for new initiatives and change requests. Strong project management skills are essential, as the candidate will handle project scoping, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and project communications.


Key Job responsibilities and duties:
1) Lead or co-lead system enhancement projects for boundary business systems and automation programs.
2) Support corporate initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives and strategic goals.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
4) Design intelligent automation solutions using tools like Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate.
5) Develop test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure automated solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.
6) Facilitate smooth transitions by creating training materials and providing ongoing support to end-users adopting new automated systems.
7) Maintain, monitor, and enhance automation solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
8) Provide production support for boundary business systems supporting the Sales Operations organization.
9) Identify trends and effective solutions for system issues to ensure system stability and improved performance.
10) Analyze existing business systems and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and security.
11) Develop financial and operational reports for stakeholders, including designing new reports and enhancing existing queries to meet business needs.

12) The successful candidate will be supporting stakeholders from different regions. Based on the project requirement, the candidate may need to work off-office hours to communicate with the stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
2) 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with at least 2-3 years experience on automation projects
3) Proficiency in .Net Framework (ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic) and MS SQL Server
4) Knowledge with RPA software such as Blue Prism, Power Automate and UIPath.
5) Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines.
6) Strong analytical skills; a collaborative team player with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
7) Experience in project management including project scope, scheduling, stakeholder engagement and project communications.
8) Experience in maintaining organizational databases or reporting systems is an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • 2-3 years experience on automation projects (RPA)
