Reports to:

• Senior Build Lead BPO Development (AWD)

What You Will Get To Do:

• The primary responsibility of this position is to work with our business partners and clients in order to maximize efficient business processes through the use of multiple optimization tools and techniques.

• This position will involve working individually and with a team to evaluate business processes for potential automation use cases.

• This position will involve designing, building and implementing solutions using various software and automation tools that include: SS&C Chorus BPM, SS&C developed automation tools and Custom business specific developed automation tools.

• Participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of a project to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions.

• Participates in comprehensive client interviews to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables.

• Researches and collects material information required for analysis of moderately complex issues and assists in the facilitation of resolutions. For the complex issues, seeks advice, assistance, and validation from a more experienced analyst or project lead.

• Work closely together with the team to ensure all analysis and build meets business requirements and departmental standards/best practice.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience

• Solid background in business analysis experience within applications

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies

• Ability to understand/apply  the business process to own work and raise any issue/concern related to the improvement of the process

• Familiar with the following is advantages

  • Experience of the financial sector, mainly on collective investments industry

  • Experience of Business Optix.

  • Other technical skills, SQL JAVA
