Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a critical liaison between business teams and technology functions, helping to ensure platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems are aligned with organizational goals. By analyzing business processes, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting system integrations, the BSA drives operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to enhance systems, resolve issues, and implement improvements that elevate both the employee and customer experience. Your work will directly impact data quality, process optimization, and business growth.
What you will be responsible for:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday Finance and HR functionality.
Partner with stakeholders to streamline and enhance financial and HR business processes.
Build and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business insights.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across Workday systems and reporting.
Support key initiatives including financial planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics.
Lead and execute system testing activities, including unit, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
What you will bring to the role:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance and HR modules
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Relevant licenses or certifications, such as Workday Pro Certification or PMI-PBA

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71,250 and $95,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
