Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutions
- Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system
- Contribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applications
- Maintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or features
- Collaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issues
- Communicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems team
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant IT/Software Development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plus
- Experience working in a team environment on software projects
- Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needs
- Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs
