The Business Support Specialist is responsible for direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end to end customer master process, service order and portal management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business.

This position reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and is part of KL Customer Service team located in Petaling Jaya and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, especially Service Order and part replacement from order entry to product delivery to attain customer and stakeholder satisfaction within the guidelines within the stipulated service level (SLA) by the business.
  • Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, finance, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements and manage disputes involving the orders by engaging the internal stakeholder and process credit / debit note accordingly.
  • Managing the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) across all Business Unit by following the standard work and aligning with respective stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • To have order management or supply chain knowledge in SAP such as data entry and management of order information, customer complaints, and returns. 
  • Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and have a clear verbal and written communication skills in English, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset
  • Collaborate with functional teams such as Sales, shipping, supply planner, material master, IT etc. to support customer requirements. and ensure order compliance with company policy and external and/or legal requirements.  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ERP knowledge with SAP in order management, customer master or any portals such ARIBA, Tungsten or E-commerce and enquiry management knowledge using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing team ensuring accurate and timely processing of incentive payouts, working with accounting and other relevant departments. 
  • Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience
