We are currently seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives.
What You Will Be Doing:
Serve as Study Review Committee (SRC) coordinator. This is a critical committee that approves study designs for medical safety and requires the following abilities and leadership skills:
Ability to initiate process improvement independently; SharePoint design skills; designing and implementing workflow tools
Lead the process improvements of this committee and oversee it going forward
Special projects and assignments:
Key contributor to re-designing the training program for project(s) assigned to
Lead the re-design of training materials and develop interactive elements with project manager support
Must be ambitious, engaged and skilled in process improvements
Expert skill level with Microsoft tools required
Your Profile:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective project strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
