Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Change Manager APAC Business Support Management team to support a variety of business administration and control responsibilities. The Business Support Management function is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities in support of the Corporate & Investment Bank. As a Business Change Manager - Analyst, you will report into the APAC Digital Platform Services Business Change Management Lead.
As a Business Change Manager within the APAC Business Support Management team, you will be responsible for liaising and collaborating with people across all levels of the business and in different locations to execute on assigned deliverables e.g., Business Management, Business Control Managers, Corporate or third-party technology and support providers. As business connectivity is essential in this role, team-members are aligned to and co-located with the business or function they are assigned to support.
Job responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to determine hardware, applications and other access permissions that are required for new joiners or transferring employees
  • Partner with our Business Change Management offshore team based in Mumbai to ensure associated requests and procedures relating to co-ordination of on/offboarding activities are executed
  • Investigate and execute ad-hoc request actions required to fulfill business request for additional hardware, access levels, market data, and troubleshoot issues raised by the business and coordinate with other support groups to achieve resolution or determine/guide the business on appropriate action to be followed to achieve resolution
  • Implement controls including the management of physical access rules and associated recertification, management of various monthly audits and controls documented in procedures i.e., data checks and designation status changes etc.
  • Partner with the Business Support Management Global Controls lead to investigate audit related queries and determine/implement required resolutions
  • Coordinate real estate management which includes space planning, move management and location strategy, and coordinate business moves and construction with Global Real Estate partners and the line of business representatives, including guiding the line of business through associated governance processes and required approvals
  • Coordinate and execute actions required to realize Global Real Estate strategic initiatives e.g., implementation of unassigned seating and building restacks/relocations etc.
  • Manage data space utilization accurately, relating to Real Estate occupancy charging i.e. Tririga


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry or consulting firms, or in a role within the office administration, business support or project management space
  • A team player, operates independently, has exceptional judgment and organizational ability
  • A self-starter proactive in taking the initiative and demonstrating strong leadership with a proactive approach to problem solving and implementing improvements
  • Strong delivery focus with an action-oriented mind-set and willingness to take responsibility with the ability to thrive on challenges in an unstructured working environment
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in creating logical and conclusive materials highlighting key issues, summaries, and briefs for stakeholder management at various levels of seniority
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and influential skills across a range of functions including nurturing a large network
  • Strong control mind-set and attention to detail with the ability to execute operational process and to deep dive into the detail of process, technical and organizational issues whilst maintaining an appreciation for a broader strategy
