Job Description
As a Business Support Analyst, you will serve as a partner to the CIB businesses across a variety of administrative and control related functions, working closely with respective managers, senior management, and all related support groups (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, Control Management). This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end processes of onboarding, off boarding, and transfers, while driving our technology agenda and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process management, technology provisioning, and space planning, with a keen eye for compliance and risk mitigation.
Job Responsibilities

  • Onboarding, Offboarding, and Transfers: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of employee onboarding, off boarding, and internal transfers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Technology Management: Drive the technology agenda by managing and provisioning hardware for new hires and replacements, overseeing software access, and handling market data management.
  • Real Estate and Space Planning: Maintain and update floor plans, manage office moves, allocate costs, and handle ad-hoc projects related to space planning.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Enforce a dynamic control and compliance environment, continually identifying and mitigating risks within business processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Expense Reporting: Analyze expense data to create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Administrative Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the needs of the administrative staff, ensuring their requirements are met and supported.
  • Vendor Management: Control and coordinate the onboarding of vendors and manage their invoices efficiently.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational and technological processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Experience in analyzing processes and issues, troubleshooting, making connections, and problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in implementing new processes, escalating issues, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a multinational or regional context, particularly in Latin America.
