This role supports the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team by handling customer and dealer queries, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely responses. It focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining strong relationships with a nationwide dealer network, and carrying out administrative tasks efficiently while working deadlines in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely turnaround on client and dealer queries.
- Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with nationwide dealer networks and business managers.
- Develop strong working relationships with dealer network
- Customer service, supporting the dealer network and business managers.
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Resolve administrative problems.
