What You'll Do
It's an exciting time at McMaster-Carr with construction underway for a regional headquarters in Fort Worth -a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company.
As a Business Support Generalist, you'll play a key role in this growth. This dynamic, cross-functional position offers the opportunity to get exposure to a variety of teams and business functions. You'll contribute to the smooth execution of our services and help ensure we continue to deliver the speed, precision, and reliability our customers expect.
In this role, you'll adapt to new challenges and environments, learning how different parts of the organization work together. You'll collaborate across teams to solve problems, deliver timely and accurate service, and support thoughtful, personalized interactions with our customers.

Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $106,000 - $119,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
