What will you be doing?
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the business - handling the 5 Business Franchises (Recon, Trauma, SPM, AWM & ENT).
What will you need to be successful?
Responsibilities:
➢Administrator
- General administration duties
➢ Executive assistant to the GM
- Travel arrangements
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Compiling expense reports
➢ Business Support Coordinator
- Coordinate internal communications within the organisation.
- Responsible for the successful execution of logistic work for all product launch activities, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Previous experience as sales admin/marketing co-ordinator
- Education: Diploma in Information Technology.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Excel & power point
- communication skills: Fluent in English. French and/or Arabic is a plus.
