The Opportunity:

  • As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Audit division.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Organise and manage diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Play an active role in event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Preparation of documents, presentations, and supporting materials for our teams
  • Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • An ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle 'curve balls' with ease.
