What is your impact?
The Business Support Associate provides high-quality, day-to-day administrative and operational support to the leadership team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring leaders can focus on strategic priorities by assisting with communications, reporting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Associate role is generally an entry level role with the potential to learn the business more quickly than being in a specific team/department such that the ideal Associate candidate could be ready for promotion within 12-24 months to a more specific business role.

What Will You Be Doing:  

  • Research, maintain, modify, validate and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions. Output is used for forecasting, costing, planning, positioning, trending, measuring, controlling risk, contracting and administration. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow-ups to support the execution of leadership priorities. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement, good client relations, compliance and adherence to business and system requirements. Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services. 
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Support, participate in, or lead smaller components of projects. Carry out tasks and activities that support project plans and deliverables. 
  • Perform general supporting tasks for Executive team as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with 1+ years related work experience in an office setting 
  • Bachelor's degree required with preference for majors in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally. 
Physical/Environmental Activities
Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences).
