We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Associate – Data & Operations to join our Business Support Services (BSS) team. The role involves data auditing, validation, quality checks, and operational support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform data auditing, validation, and quality checks as per defined processes.
- Maintain and update information in business applications and CMMS.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of assigned activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and work effectively within defined timelines.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues as required.
- Work across multiple tools, applications, and windows efficiently.
- Adapt to changing processes and business requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- 1+ year of experience in data auditing, data management, business support, operations, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Good comprehension, communication, and typing skills.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Data entry, data validation, and quality checking.
- Working with multiple tools, applications, and windows.
- Experience with CMMS or similar business systems is desirable.
Shift
- US shifts starting at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST, and in rotational shifts if required
