What we're looking for:
5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (Maths & English) or equivalent
strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation,
proficiency with Microsoft Office
excellent written and verbal communication
strong IT capabilities
previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential – full training provided
What you’ll do:
reception and visitor management
- Manage post, couriers, stationery, and hospitality arrangements
- Support client administrators with scanning, document management, and correspondence
travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
ad hoc departmental support
