The Role

PERGOLUX is revolutionizing the outdoor-living market by delivering premium, Scandinavian-inspired pergolas at a fraction of the cost of custom-built solutions. Founded in Norway, we have already reached nine-figure revenue, achieved profitability, and grown to a global team of 250+ people across more than 15 countries. As we enter our next phase of aggressive international expansion, this high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to shape how a premium global brand scales in North America.
As a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will help build the growth engine behind one of PERGOLUX’s most important regions: North America. This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—working directly with the Country Manager to identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBIT improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and manage the North American strategic initiative roadmap, focusing on growth, efficiency, and contribution margin improvement.

  • Build end-to-end ownership of initiatives: develop business cases, secure resources, lead execution, and track KPIs through to measurable impact.

  • Test, validate, and scale new growth motions, including B2B2C pipelines, new channels, and regional or country expansions.

  • Lead margin and efficiency initiatives, such as payment provider consolidation, logistics optimization, and showroom performance improvements.

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Country Manager, supporting OKRs, management reporting, and data-backed decision-making across teams.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Operations, Growth, Finance, or Commercial Analytics (this is not a pure sales role).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to size opportunities, build business cases, and model scenarios using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Proven ability to structure complex projects, prioritize effectively, manage critical paths, and deliver initiatives on time.

  • Comfort influencing cross-functional teams, constructively pushing back, and driving alignment without formal authority.

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) with an action-oriented, structured, and collaborative working style.
