monday.com is seeking a Business Strategy & Event Marketing Lead to drive the business impact of Elevate, working closely with Sales and Customer Success (CS) to target strategic accounts, drive registrations, and measure ROI. You’ll develop sales enablement materials, optimize event data and attribution models, and ensure alignment across teams to maximize event outcomes.

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It’s also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role:
Business Strategy & Cross-functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales and CS to align event strategies with key account priorities, driving targeted outreach and engagement for high-value customers
- Partner with sales to develop campaigns that drive registrations and ensure consistent messaging across sales outreach and event promotions
- Work with CS to identify customers who would benefit from attending Elevate, creating tailored invitations and strategies for retention and satisfaction
- Provide strategic insights to support business objectives, including upselling, customer loyalty, and relationship expansion
Sales Enablement & Communications
- Develop enablement materials to help Sales and CS effectively communicate the value of Elevate and drive registrations
- Equip Sales and CS teams with the right tools, messaging, and content to highlight the event’s business impact throughout the customer journey
Event Data & Attribution Model
- Own the event’s data strategy, ensuring proper tracking of registrations, engagement, and post-event actions tied to business outcomes (e.g., leads, product adoption, renewals)
- Work with analytics teams to develop an attribution model linking event success to sales pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value
- Analyze event data to optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies for future events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or a sales/marketing hybrid role, preferably in SaaS or a related industry
- Proven experience in collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive customer engagement, revenue, and retention through events
- Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and how to equip sales teams with the right tools to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Experience with event marketing campaigns that are designed not just for engagement, but to drive strategic business outcomes such as revenue growth, upselling, or customer retention
- Solid experience in data analytics, particularly in developing attribution models and tracking event ROI
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling business-focused narratives for various stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative marketing initiatives with measurable business impact

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
