Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the connective tissue across senior leadership, advisors, and the broader sales team — translating complex data and ideas into clear narratives that drive decisions and move initiatives forward
  • Build presentations and reports that go directly to executive leadership — polished, precise, and built to influence
  • Hunt down and resolve client issues by digging into the details, coordinating across teams, and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Lead work streams and projects from kickoff to completion — organizing stakeholders, tracking progress, removing blockers, and keeping things moving
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership and the sales team a real-time pulse on growth and performance
  • Support advisors with growth strategy and execution — helping identify opportunities, organize priorities, and bring structure to ambitious goals
  • Take notes, synthesize takeaways, and drive accountability in leadership meetings — then follow through
  • Leverage research and data analysis to identify new business development opportunities in private client and institutional markets
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to improve team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and operational scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • Generalist Strength: You're comfortable with financial and data analysis, project management, and executive presentation
  • Financial Background: 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial analytics; strong understanding of financial statements, revenue, and performance metrics
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to organize and lead multi-team initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive results
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce a strong plus
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident written and verbal communicator
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with the ability to spot patterns, flag anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Industry Background: Experience at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), financial services firm, or in a corporate finance/tax environment strongly preferred
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or project management certifications a plus

Compensation Range:

$65,000 - $75,000
