This role will Jointly supporting both the Business Execution and Wealth Strategy functions with the following key responsibilities:
- Advance strategic operational and business initiatives to drive business growth and improve the Banker/ Advisor and client experience
- Support global strategies with an emphasis on responsible growth, utilizing data and analytics, driving process discipline, inspecting business performance, and holding teams accountable to objectives
- Engage with leaders and key partners to drive best practices while streamlining efficiency and consistency throughout the wealth organization
- Collaborate with Control Partners (Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit) to identify and mitigate risk
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry in asset management/wealth management required
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate and influence across a broad range of levels
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Required Licensing/Registration: SIE, Series 7, Series 63
