Business Strategy Analyst/Consultant (London)

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will help clients address their most critical strategic questions and translate recommendations into actionable outcomes. 

You will work closely with private equity investors, portfolio company leadership teams and executives at established businesses on projects spanning growth strategy, transaction advisory, value creation and business transformation. 

From day one, you will contribute to high-impact engagements by structuring business problems, developing robust analyses, generating actionable insights and preparing executive-level deliverables. You will support project delivery from hypothesis generation through implementation planning while progressively taking ownership of workstreams alongside experienced consultants and Partners. 

You will be expected to transform complex analyses into clear recommendations, build compelling narratives for senior audiences and communicate them effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders. 

You will also collaborate with experts across strategy, data, AI, product and technology when projects require broader transformation support, giving you exposure to a wide range of business challenges and multidisciplinary delivery contexts.

Depending on the project, you may contribute to: 

• Commercial and growth strategy  

• Market assessment and strategic due diligence  

• Value creation planning in private equity environments  

• Business transformation and performance improvement  

• Go-to-market strategy and commercial excellence  

• Operating model design and execution planning  

• AI-enabled business transformation, working closely with the broader Singulier x OMMAX platform  

Beyond client work, you will play an active role in the development of the firm. 

This includes contributing to internal knowledge, developing reusable methodologies and consulting assets, supporting business development initiatives and helping shape a high-performing consulting culture. 

You will also be encouraged to take ownership of entrepreneurial initiatives, contribute to recruitment, participate in thought leadership and continuously improve how we create value for our clients.

You will likely bring: 

• Experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, private equity support or another high-performance business environment.  

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions, formulate relevant hypotheses and develop rigorous analytical approaches.  

• Excellent analytical rigor, combining quantitative analysis with sound business judgement to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.  

• Strong synthesis, storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas through clear narratives, executive-level presentations and impactful client deliverables.  

• A structured and reliable approach to delivery, demonstrating strong planning, attention to detail and consistent ownership from analysis through execution.  

• Curiosity for digital, technology and AI, with the ability to understand how these topics create business value and leverage modern tools to enhance consulting work.  

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders.  

• A high level of ownership, initiative and adaptability, with the ability to proactively contribute to both client engagements and the development of the firm.  

• Native French speaker with professional fluency in English.
