To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Business Strategist. In this role, you will research consumer behaviour, explore market trends, and analyse internal data to identify growth opportunities. You will help us formulate hypotheses through various experiments by deducing insights from data. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in, and be comfortable with, processing and analysing business data.
- Full support in business strategy project management as well as team assistance
- Development of business strategy as well as its operative planning and implementation
- Campaign tracking and optimization through analyzing, monitoring, and reporting of their performance
- Creation of reports that present findings and strategic recommendations
- To conduct regular research and studies to identify market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals
- Complete other duties as assigned by his/her manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Matomo)
- Business fluent communication skills in English, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Passion and interest in technology (cloud services & SaaS solutions)
- Good knowledge of CRM, Salesforce
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5 years' experience in a SaaS and B2B fast-paced environment or equivalent experience
- Independent and strong problem solving skills, analytical and empathic skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive, friendly, and courteous style
