The Business Solutions Administrator manages and maintains European Business Solutions IT platforms for the Institutional division, supporting time-bound projects along with routine user support.
What You Will Do:
- Support specific European Business solution projects ensuring effective execution, leverage and support in line with agreed activities
- Support the 2 most important IT platforms in EU Business Solutions by providing proactive and timely support to individual users in specific countries, coordinating your efforts with your colleagues who support their own portfolio of users and countries
- Build relationships / interfaces and co-operate with various functions in Europe (e.g. Finance, Master Data, etc.)
- Execute activities in line with agreed European Business strategies and timelines,
- Contacts at high level with decision makers
- Tracking and reporting financial investment

What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within a shared service center environment.
- Excellent command of English
- Good command of German
- Analytic mindset
- High level of communication skills and independent thinking
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint, preferably also Salesforce.com)
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP, MS Teams, and PowerBI is a plus.
