The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Business Solutions & Enablement function of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role is hybrid with some in office expectation. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for high priority programs focused on Risk, Capital, and P&L with key Trading, Risk, Finance, Quantitative Analytics and Technology partners
  • Establish priorities and drive accountability and resolution of complex problems, supported by distilling information into a management friendly, digestible form
  • Ensure cross functional solutions are well designed, integrated and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Build partnerships across the organization, forming strong relationships with core teams to problem solve  
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise and drive the body of work forward
  • Identify, manage, and escalate key risks, issues, and dependencies and lead resolution, serving as an experienced advisor to leadership
  • Manage program forums with sponsors and stakeholder leadership, including setting agenda / materials, driving decision making, and ensuring key actions are taken


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience within CIB Markets, Finance, and Risk
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, influencing and execution skills
  • Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment
  • Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as the body of work evolves, often on short notice
  • Prior experience consulting or leading regulatory driven initiatives including regulatory and industry engagement
  • Experience driving change of Risk and Finance initiatives with hands-on experience in business process/solution architecture design
  • Strong partnering and collaborating skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management including Sr Leaders and Executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Pay Ranges:

  • New York: $138,500 - $287,600 Annual
  • Charlotte: $120,000 - $250,000 Annual
