What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of the broader Business Solutions team, you will be relied upon to assist the Business Solutions department’s processes and contribute value to the bank’s Business Solutions decisions. You will build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and become a key player in the essential processes of our bank. You will perform a wide variety of support functions for the Business Solutions team. You will engage with both internal and external customers while delivering legendary service. Your strong combination of interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills makes you a valued resource and partner.
Key Accountabilities:
- Banking and Client Support
- Act as the first line of support for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, and escalating matters as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the onboarding of new products/services
- Support various departments with document preparations
- Act as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate implementation & support of Treasury products
- Support and mentor other team members as necessary
- Product Management and Support
- Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services, and systems
- Communicate with internal/external customers regarding testing and any format or limit changes needed.
- Install and test on Remote Deposit Capture equipment
- Provide training for various Treasury products as needed
- Coordinate smooth transition to Level 2 Support as needed
- Client Development Management
- Identify areas of opportunity to offer appropriate and necessary services and/or products to existing customers
- Qualify potential opportunities through conversations before making a referral to appropriate sales team(s).
- Operational Reporting and Special Projects Support
- Review agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure accuracy and proper execution
- Monitor departmental reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Complete required audits and reviews as requested or assigned
- Assist and, in some cases, take the lead on various projects as rolled out by management or the Holding Company.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related field. Consideration may be made for experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ recent experience in a client-facing role in Treasury/Cash Management/Card Services, Financial Services, or related business service.
- Demonstrated experience and success in a business solutions role.
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of different Banking products including online banking, wire transfer, ACH processing, card operations, and risk management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to deal with and solve difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
