The Role

We're searching for motivated individuals keen on the dynamic Business Sales sector. Our goal is to have a sales team that excels in comprehending the needs of our business clients and collaborates effectively in a lively, inclusive work environment!

Specializing in telecommunications, we're currently collaborating with Empire Sales Group to bolster their Small to Medium Business Solutions Campaign!

Empire Sales Group, is a B2B sales firm operating in telecom, merchant, and business services, offering fantastic opportunities for a fulfilling career!

The Position:

  • Proactively source leads and develop business through face-to-face prospecting.
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with decision-makers to cultivate new business relationships.
  • Schedule in-person business appointments.
  • Continuously update and refine data in the sales prospect database.
  • Convert outbound/inbound leads into paying business customers.
  • Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.
