Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, equipment reporting, invoice reconciliation, and cost optimization across our fulfillment centers. In this role, you'll maintain accurate visibility into Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, monitor equipment status and usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and partner with US-based FC leadership to ensure equipment resources are tracked and utilized efficiently.
How you will achieve success:
- Own end-to-end reporting on Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment across all fulfillment centers, maintaining accurate inventory counts, uptime and downtime status, and usage trends.
- Process and reconcile power equipment invoices, identify billing discrepancies, and proactively flag opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary spending.
- Serve as the primary source of PIT equipment data for the Direct Manager and FC leadership, proactively communicating equipment status changes, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain reporting trackers and dashboards to improve visibility into equipment inventory, performance, usage, and costs across multiple sites.
- Expand reporting and oversight to additional FC power equipment categories as the program grows, identifying opportunities for improved tracking, accountability, and cost management.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience building and maintaining trackers across multiple sites or a distributed operational network.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, AI tools, or similar business intelligence solutions is strongly preferred for developing and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience processing and reconciling invoices, investigating billing discrepancies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Working knowledge of PIT equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, including equipment models, basic maintenance, and usage data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on a global offshore team and coordinate asynchronously with U.S.-based fulfillment center leadership.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain Operations
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Experience in an ecommerce fulfillment environment with third-party logistics expertise
- Available work-from-home setup meeting the specified computer, internet, monitor, headset, and webcam requirements
