The PositionIn this Business Services and Event Partner role, you will be reporting to Country Disease Area Lead, and serve as a proactive partner to Disease Area Pods and Partners, delivering high-quality business and event services with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
Act as a central point for the coordination of both internal and external events, providing seamless support from conception to execution including negotiations with service providers, securing favorable terms for travel, accommodations, and event spaces.
Be the go-to expert for administrative processes and systems, enhancing the overall effectiveness of day-to-day operations. Innovate and manage office logistics, ensuring the workplace is a well-equipped and inviting environment.
Seamlessly manage the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, utilizing the MyBuy system, ensuring all documentation is meticulously handled.
Oversee the contract lifecycle, from execution to archival, guaranteeing compliance and proper record-keeping.
Coordinate the management of promotional and non-promotional materials, including storage, retrieval, distribution, tracking, and destruction.
Support the COREMAP Lead in the archival and retrieval of essential documents, maintaining an organized and compliant system.
Collaborate with Compliance to facilitate the Grants Sponsorship and Donations process, ensuring ethical and transparent practices.
Curate the Roche Malaysia calendar, orchestrating company-wide events and meetings that foster collaboration and community.
Engage in various projects, both local and global, to broaden your skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Spearhead initiatives to discover and implement innovative solutions, streamlining workflows and enhancing team synergy.
Who You Are
A bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field.
Some work experience in business services, procurement, event planning, or project management.
Demonstrable track record of managing administrative processes and coordinating events, with an emphasis on compliance and efficiency.
Experience with office logistics and creating a productive work environment is a plus.
