Reporting to the Team Lead of Business Services, you will support strategic data initiatives while thinking globally and acting locally. You will promote data governance strategies, redesign processes, and partner across the business to deliver scalable, high‑quality data solutions that support pricing and sales hierarchy needs.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Support both run and grow initiatives aligned to the Data Management Organization strategic roadmap, with focus on pricing and sales hierarchy domains
Oversee and guide outsourced partners to ensure positive end‑user support and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Identify opportunities to transition work to outsourced partners and provide training and monitoring to ensure successful execution
Resolve conflicts and act as an escalation point for internal and external partners
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand high‑level needs and translate them into clear requirements and detailed designs
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver work while balancing business goals and user experience
Create, manage, and refine user stories within Jira
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize data processes through technology solutions
Assess the effectiveness of data quality controls and identify potential inaccuracies using data tools and techniques
Develop and implement improvements to data governance processes
Monitor reporting and develop recommendations that promote action and resolution
Maintain external awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and governance
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree
Three or more years of related business experience
Experience working in a project‑based environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience applying technology solutions to solve business problems
Experience working with structured query language
Experience with reporting and data visualization using Power BI
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
