Job Description:

Represent Royal Canin in the Core-PLM transformation project as the Ingredients & Pack scope lead providing feedback and input on key design decisions to the GPO to drive the Product decisions. Collaborate with the respective scope leads from the corporate team, the other segments and the external partners  to ensure that the future design of an industry leading process and system landscape that benefits all segments while at the same time Is aligned with the Pet Care and Royal Canin vision.

What are we looking for?

• Deep experience in pack data, specifications,PID's and claims item including experience with the corresponding systems.

• Minimum 3years of R&D experience (In RC)

• In depth experience of at least one of the following systems: WeShare, Calisto, Veritas

• Experience and comfort working in a matrixed organization, ideally in a large

multi-national setting

• Adept at Influencing, collaborating, and managing conflicting

needs across diverse stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

 The role reports to the GPO Core-PLM and Is responsible for :

  • Owns development of the particular scope lead of Ingredients & Packs Specs In collaboration with commercial BPO
  • Works in close partnership with the Core-PLM Team, scope leads from other segments and BI/SI (our consulting partner defined) and other external partners like system vendors and system integrators.
  • Actively participates In all workshops and meetings with the design team and provides accurate feedback to validate KDD's
  • Solicits feedback from subject matter experts cross-function at all times to ensure that design solution and decisions (KDD's) are aligned with the RC ecosystem and vision
  • Is a member of a test community  (super users)
  • Partner with change management team to provide business needs in CM planning, trainings needed etc
  • Partner with E2E Process Architect to co-design the to be state of process, WoW and OD
