Responsibilities (End-to-End)
Lead Generation & Market Development
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market.

  • Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Build relationships with decision-makers, founders, and business leaders.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.


Client Engagement & Solution Selling
  • Understand client business processes and technology challenges.

  • Present suitable IT solutions such as:

    • ERP consulting and implementation

    • CRM solutions

    • Zoho ecosystem implementations

    • SAP solutions

    • API and system integrations

    • Business automation platforms

    • Cloud-based enterprise applications

  • Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and consultations.


Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.

  • Work with the technical team to design the right solution architecture.

  • Track opportunities and activities in CRM.


Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.

  • Track client interactions and deal with progress in CRM systems.


Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of local UAE sales experience (mandatory).

  • Experience in IT sales / enterprise software sales.

  • Strong understanding of business software such as:

    • ERP systems

    • CRM platforms

    • Business automation tools

    • Integration solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling Zoho, SAP, or enterprise business software.

  • Knowledge of digital transformation and automation solutions.

  • Experience working with SMEs or enterprise clients.

  • Understanding of API integrations and business process automation.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Business Administration

  • Marketing

  • Information Technology

  • or related field.
